Little Toot plot
Little Toot is a baby tugboat who would rather play than help his father in New York Harbor. When he finally decides to help, he unwittingly causes a major accident and is banned outside the 12-mile zone. But when a storm comes and a passenger ship runs aground, he is the only one who can get there and help.
