Last Day of Freedom plot
Bill's brother Manny has mental health problems due to a childhood car accident and his experiences in the Vietnam War. Bill's family worries about Manny and invites him to live with them in Sacramento. When Manny commits a crime, Bill finds himself in a moral stalemate: he must choose between family and justice.
