Keeps Rainin' All the Time plot

A bear cub decides to run away from home after refusing meals his father has prepared for him and getting a slap on the backside. He writes a misspelled suicide note on the outside of his cave with toothpaste and then goes out into the rain. A storm rages and lightning begins to strike. Eventually, the cub runs back home, scared.
