Kaiju No.8 plot
In a Japan plagued by Kaijūs, Hibino Kafka works for Monster Sweeper, a company that cleans up the creatures’ remains. When he reunites with his childhood friend Ashiro Mina, a rising star in the Anti-Kaijū Defense Corps, his long-standing dream of joining the force himself is reawakened. But soon after, the unthinkable happens – he transforms into the powerful Kaijū No. 8. Together with his colleague Ichikawa Reno, Kafka tries to keep his new identity a secret while taking the entrance exam. But when an intelligent Kaijū attacks a Corps base, he must make an important decision.
