Judge for a Day plot

Betty Boop is a career woman on her way to work and travels by bus, where she is confronted with the rude behavior of her fellow passengers. She arrives at her job as a court stenographer and ruminates on her experiences with rude people. Frustrated by her treatment, Betty dons a judge's robe and sings about what she would do if she were a judge for a day.
