I'm a Big Shot Now plot

The citizens of Birdville are doing their thing: weaving baskets, going to the bank (dropping off nuts and worms), etc. In the saloon, a gangster type sings the theme song, robs a passing cop, and does a row of shots. He looks out and sees the bank; he leads his gang across the street and acts as lookout while the gang robs the bank.
