Goofy Gymnastics plot
After Goofy is inspired by a magazine ad, he starts a bodybuilding course. The first discipline is weightlifting. After Goofy finally gets the weights up, a fly lands and crashes him through several floors in the apartment building. Then the chin-ups, a bar that goes up and down itself. He then uses an elastic resistance band, which Goofy quickly becomes entangled in, blasting through the building and various devices.
