From Inside plot

Cee, a pregnant young woman, is one of the passengers of a damaged train that slowly makes its way through an inhospitable post-apocalyptic landscape. No one knows how the vehicle is still able to move. Cee can't remember how the world ended, nor how she got on the train. Every day could be the last. The only thing that keeps Cee alive is the memory of her missing husband and the imminent birth of her baby. But what kind of future will she be able to offer her child?
