A perfume shop owner disguises a black cat as a skunk, hoping to lure away Pepe Le Pew, who has walked in to test the various scents. Pepe, instantly in love, chases the cat, but the tables are quickly turned when he becomes temporarily streak-free and odorless. Now Pepe gets the cat's passionate attention.
