Educated Fish plot

In a fishing school, bad boy Tommy Cod would rather play pinball in his desk than recite the daily lesson about the dangers of fishing hooks and other fishing tackle that humans use in their hunt for fish. The teacher locks Tommy out of the classroom so he can study harder. Out here, in the free world for the fish, Tommy soon learns the importance of education.
