Mari Amachi is a new student at the 'Perfect Religion' academy. When her roommate Saori Minami is kidnapped by the evil group 'Black Buddha', Mari prays to Jesus to help her. To her horror, a smiling Buddha appears before her. He gives her the chance to transform into Gautaman, a mysterious heroine dressed only in a sumo wrestling belt. Mari seizes this opportunity to save Saori.
