Consuming Spirits plot
'Consuming Spirits' tells the story of three characters who live in a rusty run-down town called Magguson. All three work for the local newspaper 'De Daily Suggester'. They are Gentian Violet, Victor Blue, and Earl Grey. At first glance they seem to be vague acquaintances. But later it turns out that they share a long diabolical history, which revolves around the intervention of Social Services, foster care, romance and hatred. Each character has family secrets to hide, and family secrets to discover. A car accident on a dark and intoxicated night in the woods cracks the memories of these intimate strangers. In the end, everyone involved will walk out of the woods, both healed and wounded.
