Chien Pourri à Paris plot

Once upon a time there was a naive and passionate Parisian dog named Chien Pourri. With Chaplapla, his faithful companion from the gutter, Chien Pourri roams the streets of Paris. Whatever accidents happen, Chien Pourri always lands on his feet. The other dogs are starting to think this is suspicious.
