Boo, Boo, Theme Song! plot

This cartoon is set in radio station BOO where a spider plays the organ and makes announcements. It is also the Dekayo Factory where the product has gas, oil, acid and TNT as ingredients. The inhabitants are animal spirits such as a spider and a vulture. There are also some skeletons, including a stereotypical caricature black band playing jazz music.
