Any Rags plot

In "Any Rags," the dog Bimbo plays the role of a “rag man,” also known as a garbage man. As Bimbo goes around town collecting items to auction, a series of gags ensue as he steals items off a clothesline, people’s clothes, a bottle from a baby’s mouth, and more. We meet Betty when Bimbo comes to pick up trash at her building.
