Albert plot
"Adventures of a Hot Air Balloon Hero"
Albert was born in Kellyville, the smallest town in the world and there he is the worst rascal in the area. He makes every day a challenge for the fellow residents of Kellyville. One day he crashes into the statue of the city and breaks it into a thousand pieces. Before anyone can complain, he announces that he will leave town and return as captain of a hot air balloon to restore his good name.
