A Jewish Girl in Shanghai plot

The story of three children living in the ghetto in Japanese army-occupied Shanghai during World War II. Rina and her younger brother Mishalli are Jewish refugees who fled Europe without their parents. A-Gen is a Chinese boy who meets Rina and helps her and her brother survive. The kids bond as they fight against the Japanese army and their allies, the Nazis.
