Rags, little Johnny's dog, is chasing a cat and accidentally ends up in eccentric Professor Graham's lab. There he accidentally discovers a substance that makes him invisible. Crooks soon lie in wait to kidnap him and his secret, but Johnny won't be caught lightly.
