Villhesten plot
Ragnhild (Linda Digernes) is an eleven-year-old girl from a humble background and she is afraid of horses. During a severe nighttime storm, a horse stands in front of her window. The noble animal is wounded in the leg and Ragnhild would like to help it by tending the wound, but she does not dare. When the storm has passed and the horse has disappeared, Ragnhild asks in the village if anyone has seen a horse. She quickly understands that people think she means the legendary wild horse.
