Umi no Kingyo plot

High school student Mio lives in Kagoshima. Since her father disappeared, she has lived on his yacht, which is docked, and has not gone to school. Kiyomi is crazy about sailing, encouraged to do so by her father in her childhood. Because a friend of hers died during a sailing test, she stopped at the special school for sailing talents. One day these two girls run into each other.
