The Sea Hound plot
"Death On The Ocean's Floor!"
Captain Silver and his friends Jerry, cowboy Tex and Chinese inventor 'Cookie' Kukai sail aboard the sailboat Sea Hound in the tropical waters between California and Catalina. The trio receives an SOS from the yacht Esmeralda. Silver sails to Typhoon Cove and there they see the yacht being attacked by pirates. Aboard the Esmeralda are Ann Whitney, yacht owner Stanley Rand and Vardman. Silver and his crew manage to fend off the attackers, and he learns that Ann is looking for her missing father, John Whitney. He has disappeared into the jungle while searching for a fabulous treasure made up of Spanish gold. Silver later discovers that the pirates are employed by a sinister master criminal known as The Admiral.
