The Garbage Pail Kids Movie plot

"Out of the garbage pail, and into your heart!"

Dodger works in the antique shop of Captain Manzini, a rather reclusive strange wizard. Secretly, he has a crush on Tangerine, the sweetheart of local gang leader Juice. One day, Dodger is beaten up by Juice and his friends. During the fight, a garbage can is knocked over, revealing seven bizarre children, the "Garbage Pail Kids". They rescue Dodger and together they hatch a plan to capture the girl and take down the gang.
