Medicine student Glen Marshall (Rick Barnes) is hopelessly in love with Gretta (Meridith Haze), a porn actress who plays the piano in a nightclub. Gretta leads Glen into an underworld filled with bizarre characters, including a group of rich men who are so bored with everything and everyone that they play their own version of Russian Roulette.
