Roar of the Dragon plot

From his secluded hideout in the interior, Tartar Voronsky and his vicious band of bandits are planning to attack a Mandarin coastal city where Russian beauty Natascha is hiding. Warned of the bandits' arrival, Chauncey Carson, a rough alcoholic captain of a commercial steamboat, rushes to get his boat ready for departure. Carson is urged on by his cowardly employer Johnson and other fearful Westerners staying at the town's hotel.
