Redboy 13 plot

Redboy 13 is a thirteen-year-old boy who works as a spy for the CIA. His main rival is wheelchair-bound scientist Heimlich Manure. This scary German crook talks using a hand puppet to represent Hitler. Redboy narrowly escapes this psychopath. After a three-year absence from active duty, he is once again asked to take on a dangerous mission.
