Lie Down with Lions plot

Nurse Kate Nessen leaves her beloved Jack Carver when she learns that he works for the CIA. She marries his Czech friend Peter Husak, a young doctor, and goes with him to war-ravaged Nagorno-Karabakh after the collapse of the Soviet Union to help victims. When she bumps into Jack there, their love blossoms again under dramatic circumstances.
