Les Gaspards plot

A new industrial revolution has taken place in Paris that has drastically changed the lives of ordinary people. Due to the success of the revolution, the mayor has taken it quite seriously and absolutely wants to erect some huge buildings. For example, he is thinking of putting two skyscrapers next to Notre Dame and just tearing down the Eiffel Tower. Only when twenty tourists suddenly disappear in the city do people start to suspect that something is not right.
