La Règle de l'Homme plot

Morocco, around 1935. After the bloody Rif War and the defeat of Abdel-Krim, calm seems to have returned to the country. Ex-Sergeant Hippolyte is a fighter who earned a large collection of medals for his bravery. However, due to his stubbornness and disobedience, he has already been demoted three times. He arrives in his new company, which is commanded by Commander Mehmet.
