L'Épervier plot

The story of this six-part miniseries begins on the coast of Brittany. The young Yann de Kermeur falls in love with Agnes, the daughter of a count. But the count resists the relationship, and he certainly doesn't want to know anything about a marriage. Shortly afterwards, Yann is enlisted in the army against his will. In ten years of faithful service to the king, he acquires the nickname Sparrowhawk and becomes a real celebrity. Then he finally returns to Brittany, where he discovers that Agnes has meanwhile married a nobleman hated by many. Yann then falls into a cunning trap, which leads to him being charged with murder...
