In the mythical Asian province of Seemang, Edward Elliott owns a large and profitable rubber plantation. When one of Elliott's shipments is ambushed by river pirates, his daughter Dorothy and her friend and rubber plantation owner Tom Banning narrowly escape death. The situation worsens when Elliott is shot by an unknown assailant. The righteous Frank Hardy sets out to investigate the murder case and hunt down the river pirates' principal.
