His Lordship plot
After the Emir of Kazra is murdered, his old friend Richard Fraser returns to England to warn the Emir's son that he is in danger. Fraser takes advantage of the position of his foreign secretary twin brother Lord Duncaster by impersonating him. In this way Richard wants to try to unmask the killers and prevent a war between the two countries.
