Freeze plot

When the bullied Anna comes across a bottle with a spell in it, she turns out to have exceptional abilities with this spell. She can 'freeze' people for a period of time. But when the bottle falls into the hands of Anna's bullies, these three boys are up to no good. How can Anna get the bottle back without being stopped herself?
