Die Gefangene des Maharadscha plot

After Yrida's terrible fever dreams in the palace of the Maharaja of Jailapur, the court physician manages to convince her that she has only dreamed of all the events so far. The Maharaja manages to gain Yrida's trust because of his way of dealing with her. However, the abandoned lover of the Maharaja informs her about all kinds of complications. He is also probably guilty of the death of her boyfriend, a young artist. She refuses to accept the advances of the Maharaja, who leaves the palace after the suicide of his beloved and appoints his son as successor. Yrida senses that she had been destined for him from the beginning.
