Blake of Scotland Yard plot
Blake has funded a beam weapon that will be a boon to humanity as long as it doesn't fall into the wrong hands. 'The Scorpion', a masked mystery criminal, forms an alliance with an ammunition manufacturer in Germany to claim the beam weapon for himself. It works, but a vital part is missing.
