Besuch bei Van Gogh plot

The 22nd century. For her research, the scientist Marie Grafenstein needs expensive energy units, which unfortunately she cannot afford herself. The most valuable currency today are antique works of art. That is why Marie travels to the 19th century with the time machine and accompanied by her assistant Kati. There they visit the painter Vincent van Gogh to buy some of his paintings. The plan succeeds after some disagreements with the idiosyncratic artist. But Marie returns with a heavy heart to her own time, because she has fallen in love with Van Gogh.
