Babanin Sucu plot

Commissioner Tanner decides to do battle with the local mafia. He even manages to eliminate his greatest opponent. Because the gangster's wife dies when she gives birth to a son, the commissioner adopts the child. When the mafia leader is released, trouble arises again.
