Zhi Fa Wei Long plot

Inspector Marcus Lee and undercover agent Robin track down dangerous Hong Kong drug dealer Dion. Together with an employee of the political bureau, Cynthia, Robin takes the criminal to the Philippines, where Dion will be tried. When they arrive, however, everything gets out of hand and Dion is rescued by his boss.
