Wild, Free & Hungry plot

On his way to a speedboat race, Dave picks up the girl Cindy and rides on his motorcycle with her. He can't even imagine what awaits him. The boat Dave will be racing in belongs to Frank, who is in debt to Don. This Don is a criminal and part of a gang. Before Dave realizes it, he's up to his neck in trouble. First of all, he is forced to abandon the race.
