Doctor Jack Davies has been working for years under high pressure in the emergency room of a hospital where he tries to heal a constant stream of violence and drug victims. It makes his life hell and escape seems impossible. One evening, he is brutally confronted with the world of Nicholas Turner, a powerful drug criminal who, with the help of the government, can continue his shady business. When Jack meets the desperate Lisa Ryan, who is trying to escape the cruel Turner, something inside him snaps. He says goodbye to his life as a doctor and takes up battle with Nick Turner's drug syndicate.
