After the third world war, America is completely in ruins. A small group of women try to travel to the last remaining city. Dictator Rollins doesn't want overcrowding in his town, so she sends a group of mercenaries to stop the survivors from coming to town. The women are helped by a man who wants revenge for the death of his family. Along the way, they must face mutated freaks and the town's mercenaries.
