Vigilantes plot

Sergeant Joe Clymer is given an ultimatum: find out who will take the law into their own hands, or find a new job. This is no small task. Homeless teens have made a promise to the streets, protecting them with their own lives. The Vigilantes, led by Aaron and his sister Casey, suddenly find themselves in a life and death struggle with one of the most dangerous men (Vitor Scova) after witnessing a murder. They discover a stolen device that, if it falls into the wrong hands, could destroy the world. Knowing that Scova won't stop until he gets what he wants, the Vigilantes choose to do business with him instead of going to the police. This is because of a terrifying secret that changed the course of their lives.
