Vicious Circle plot

Martin Cahill is better known as the General in his hometown of Dublin. A headstrong and highly feared criminal, he makes a habit of challenging everyone. Justice is hunting him en masse, but the IRA and other criminals can also drink the blood of the arrogant General.
