"Gidenler geri gelmeyecek ama hesap kapanacak!"

Governor Faruk Yazici (Erdal Besikçioglu) decides to take on the beautiful and smart bureaucrat Ceyda Aydin (Sebnem Dönmez), who is doing her utmost to make Turkish energy resources disappear abroad. Together with his childhood friend Ömer Uçar and his team, the governor investigates the ins and outs of the uranium mines in his province on a large scale. When fatal accidents take place in the mines under suspicious circumstances, the battle between the governor and the bureaucrat heats up even more.
