The Israeli mafia is trying to smuggle drugs to the West Coast. A special agent from Unit 262 is assigned to infiltrate and ultimately take them down. His code name is Elijah and once undercover he discovers that the Israeli mafia is about to take on a Mexican cartel. They plan to take over the drug market from Los Angeles to Tijuana. With Elijah in the middle of a gang war, all members of Unit 262 must take action.
