Tough Ninja the Shadow Warrior plot

Steve, the friend of Kwado, a corrupt police officer, is a master of ninja martial arts. Kwado has a formula stolen by a group of ninjas, including Steve. During this action Steve's best friend dies and he sets out to find out who the client is. When he finds out that Kwado is the client, he decides to do battle with his friend.
