"Kung Fu Masters! Devil Weapons! The Ultimate in Martial Arts!"

To Pa and members of his Eagle Claw Fighting Clan are repulsed in their attempt to rob the government of gold by Chen Chen Chow, the Lightning Whipper. The clan makes a second attack and is successful in getting the gold and also manages to kill the Lightning Whipper. But... Lei Peng makes a surprising move, gets the gold, and wants to hand it over to the government. But the vengeful To Pa convinces the police that Lei Peng is the thief, Lei Peng is arrested and jailed.
