Tin Yau Ngan plot

After accidentally killing a powerful mobster boss, Sung decides to continue this action and see how many more criminals he can eliminate. While the police search for the killer, who uses poison, a journalist also tries to discover the killer's identity. He discovers that his newspaper articles are the basis for Sung's follow-up actions.
