"The most dangerous thing about school used to be the students"
After a mission in Cuba, mercenary Shale is reunited with his fiancée Jane Hetzko, a high school teacher. Some of Jane's students turn out to be part of a street gang, and after being badly beaten, Shale goes undercover as her replacement to find out more.

Nice 'don't think and watch' video.
The story builds up slowly and few unexpected things happen.
It's a shame that the somewhat effeminate Marc Anthony holds the proverbial scepter over school here. Fortunately, Berringer somewhat compensates for this.
Film can be compared very well with 'the principal' and these two are my favorites when it comes to high school crime.

Mediocre film in which a mercenary infiltrates a school where drugs are dealt. A nice ridiculous story where the credibility is also hard to find. Fortunately, the film doesn't take itself too seriously, which makes it quite entertaining. A bit too long and cliché on several levels.

A film that you can hardly recall in your memory without RLT 7 / Veronica commercials. Typical TV movie that I have undoubtedly seen several times in the past, but too long ago to add a vote. So now revised (with the other parts that are also ready) and fortunately to my satisfaction. Berenger has a great screen presence, especially in the classroom when he shows his dominance to the unhinged youth. However, he is completely blown away when he has to fight a game; That first fight against that fat Mexican isn't doing him any good. I wonder how Treat Williams picks up on that in the sequels. Wonderful 90's nonsense with wrong stereotypes and not very subtly written. Nice!
