The S.I.N. plot

During the Las Vegas mayoral election, a deranged criminal threatens to bomb Pacific Cargo Shipping. The company hires famed detective Bud Chelzer as an expert to investigate the case. At the same time, Brad Morrison, a recently fired singer/comedian, is approached by an attractive, secretive woman. She promises him a lot of money if he joins her and her group, but she does not reveal the details. Brad, however, desperately needs the money and agrees. When he then gets into trouble, Bud Chelzer comes to his rescue. And then the duo find themselves behind the scenes of a conspiracy that, if uncovered, could well become the biggest scandal in Las Vegas history...
