"The Foremost Western Thriller of the Greatest Western Star"
Cullen has recruited Tom to try and stop the robberies taking place on his railroad. But Cullen's secretary is the gang's tipster and meanwhile Tom goes undercover as a highwayman. To help him into the gang, he enlists the help of the bum DeLuxe Harry.
